Performance in People Ltd may use your address or give your address to another mystery shopper to use as false details during a mystery shop evaluation. None of your other personal details, including your name, will be forwarded to another mystery shopper or used as part of any purchase, credit check or guarantee. You may be asked to receive and forward an item of post at your address. If so, you will receive a gift voucher as payment.
Performance in People Ltd will continue to use your address for future visits, unless you request otherwise or inform us of a change of address.

Our Terms and Conditions of approval apply to all mystery shopping evaluations which you undertake on behalf of Performance in People Limited. Please read through them carefully before accepting them. The terms and conditions may be revised by Performance in People from time to time at our discretion.

All work that you undertake for Performance in People is strictly confidential and you agree that, under no circumstances, will you disclose any information relating to your evaluations to a third party.
You agree that you will carry out each evaluation strictly in accordance with the terms of the briefing notes that Performance in People supply to you and within the dates and times specified. If you require clarification of any of the details, please contact Performance in People.
You will perform your obligations with reasonable care and skill and to the best of your ability and will not do anything to damage our business reputation and interests.
You agree to complete all questionnaires fully, accurately and honestly.
You agree to complete on-line and/or return results of evaluations promptly and within the timescales specified in the evaluation briefing notes.
If Performance in People have reasonable cause to believe that you have not fully abided by all of these Terms & Conditions, including failure to complete on-line and/or return results of evaluations within the specified timescales, failure to conduct the evaluation as briefed, or any questionnaire completed by you contains misleading or false information, Performance in People reserve the right to withhold payment for the evaluation and remove you from our mystery shopping data base immediately.
Performance in People will pay you a fee for each evaluation that you complete in accordance with the briefing instructions. You will be notified of the fee prior to commencing the evaluation and at the same time Performance in People will agree the amount of any additional expenses that you may incur in carrying out the evaluation (for example the purchasing of particular goods associated with the evaluation). The fee together with any agreed additional expenses will be paid directly to your bank/building society account on a monthly basis.
These terms and conditions do not form a contract of employment between you and Performance in People. You will be acting as a Mystery Shopper in respect of the evaluations that you undertake for Performance in People and we will not deduct PAYE or National Insurance from the fees that Performance in People pay you. You are entirely responsible for declaring your earnings to the Inland Revenue. For your information, if so requested by the Inland Revenue, Performance in People are required to supply details of all sums paid to you during the relevant tax year.
Performance in People cannot guarantee the number of evaluations which may be offered to you whilst you are registered as a Mystery Shopper.
When you apply to become a Mystery Shopper Performance in People will require you to complete an Application Form. Performance in People need this information in order to select appropriate Mystery Shoppers to carry out evaluations. Any personal data that Performance in People collect will be stored on computers or otherwise and Performance in People are committed to protecting the security and privacy of that data.
Termination by you: If you no longer wish to be a Mystery Shopper, please contact Performance in People and request that no further evaluations are offered to you.
Termination by Performance in People: If Performance in People have reasonable cause to believe that you are failing to abide by these Terms and Conditions, Performance in People reserve the right to remove your details from our mystery shopping data base and no further evaluations will be offered to you.
This agreement is personal to you and under no circumstances can you request another person to carry out an evaluation on your behalf.
Please note that we will anonymise any data used in most cases. In any evaluation where this would not be possible (only some financial clients) it would be clear in the brief what data may be collected and shared with the client. If you would not be comfortable with us sharing such data please do not accept the evaluation, as your acceptance of such evaluation is the consent for us to share this.
